At Riva Logic Technologies, we believe process and predictability minimizes risk. Our skilled delivery team adds value by consultatively interfacing with client development teams. The four phases we follow to achieve this are:

1. Project Design
   We design the elearning blueprint of your organization or institution in well chalked out steps below:
   1. Requirement Analysis & System Study: Our elearning strategists interact with your team to study your existing system, understand requirements of the new system or improvise on your existing elearning system. Our team interacts with the Stakeholders of the elearning system viz. end users, mentors, course facilitators and the higher management to gather inputs, learning outcomes and elearning content to be developed
      
      
   2. Project Analysis - After initial client contact, the project requirements are analyzed and well documented. We use the Rational Unified Process (RUP ) as our project management methodology
       
   3. Project Planning - Once the project requirements are frozen, we create a detailed execution plan for the development process. Emphasis is given on the pedagogy curve, learning outcomes of the students/ corporate, test plans and examination/ grading pattern
      
      
2. Project Development
   This phase involves the design and development of the product. Project development is divided into two distinct areas: Learning Management System development and content development.
   
   
3. Project Deployment, Integration & Testing
   In this phase, the various project elements are integrated into the final product, which is then thoroughly tested.
   
   
4. Evaluation, Implementation & Maintenance
   Here, the product/ elearning system is tested, required changes are incorporated, and the system is implemented at the client site. At Riva Logic Technologies, we constantly evaluate our products even after implementation on field. This helps ensure complete compatibility to client needs. It also helps accurately measure the return on investment (ROI).
